PRIVACY STATEMENT, RETURN INFORMATION & WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS

Return Policy:
You may return any item within 30 days of purchase as long as it is in its original unused totally-new condition. Clothing must be unwashed and unworn. We will be glad to make an exchange or refund your payment.

All returns and exchanges will require an RA (Return Authorization) number. The RA number must be printed clearly on the shipping carton and all products must be securely packed. Email customer service at info@rhinoceroslongboards.com to obtain an RA number and ship-to-address. All returns must be sent to Rhinoceros Longboards LLC freight prepaid.

Warranty Information:
All products sold by Rhinoceros Longboards are guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship for ninety (90) days from the purchase date.
Proof of purchase or shipment date is required to validate the warranty period. The warranty becomes void if the product is modified, improperly used, damaged by accident or neglect, or if any parts are improperly installed or replaced by the user.

ONCE A SKATEBOARD IS USED, SKATEBOARD DECK WILL NOT BE COVERED BY THE WARRANTY.

Email customer service at customerservice@rhinoceroslongboards.com for questions about a possible defect. All defective product claims will be handled on an individual basis by our customer service department.

Disclaimer of Warranties:
The Warranties provided above are the only warranties applicable. Rhinoceros Longboards LLC makes no other warranties, express or implied, in connection with any product purchased from us including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In addition, Rhinoceros Longboards LLC shall not be responsible for any consequential or indirect loss or damages incurred in connection with the use of any product purchased from us.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Shipping Errors:
At Rhinoceros Longboards LLC we realize that mistakes do happen. While we take the utmost care to pick, pack, and ship our product, we are human beings and errors are possible. If we should inadvertently ship the wrong product to you or fail altogether to pack the product in a shipment, our procedure and policy for resolving the problem is as follows: Rhinoceros Longboards LLC will verify that an item has been left out of a package by repacking the original order and comparing it with the weight it should have been to the actual weight shipped. If we can clearly see that an item was left out of the box, we will ship the item to you at no charge using the same shipping method that was originally used on the original order. We will gladly upgrade your service to ensure that it makes it to you on a specific date if you are willing to pay the difference in shipping costs between the new shipping method and the original shipping method.

Health Warning:
Skateboarding is inherently a dangerous activity and can be extremely hazardous to your health. It is considered to be a very hazardous sport. Always wear a CPSC certified helmet, approved skate shoes, knee pads, elbow pads and wrist guards when on a skateboard for the highest level of personal safety. Use of products purchased from Rhinoceros Longboards LLC may result in injuries and risks commonly associated with outdoor sporting-type activities. By using the products sold by RhinocerosLongboards.com you voluntarily assume the risk of injuries, and further acknowledge that Rhinoceros Longboards LLC shall not be responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from use of its products! Be aware of all applicable laws which may govern the use of this product in public areas as this product is not to be used in such instances which may violate local laws and/or in public areas which may cause injuries or accidents to bystanders. You have chosen to participate in a Dangerous Extreme Sport! Please enjoy the products of Rhinoceros Longboards LLC responsibly and with good judgment.

Agreement for Sale of Goods by Rhinoceros Longboards LLC.

SALES OF ANY EQUIPMENT OFFERED ON THIS WEBSITE ARE EXPRESSLY CONDITIONED ON YOUR, OR IF YOU ARE A MINOR CHILD, PARENT OR GUARDIAN’S AGREEMENT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. You recognize that Skateboarding is a Hazardous Activity
You understand that the use of the skateboard equipment involves numerous risks of injury and death. You understand that adverse terrain, weather conditions, poorly maintained equipment, the use of drugs or alcohol, and pushing the limits of one’s abilities can increase these risks. You understand that these risks are present regardless of the safety precautions you may take. You further understand that these risks are associated with the use of any product sold on RhinocerosLongboards.com. You further knowingly and willfully assume the risk of any damage, injury or death associated with the selection, assembly, maintenance or use of any product offered for sale on RhinocerosLongboards.com.
In other words – You choose what safety equipment to wear or not to wear, and where and when to skate. You choose how and what risk you will take while participating in this sport! You are responsible for placing yourself in a dangerous situation, without the proper safety equipment and/or skill levels. You are responsible for using good sense – never subject yourselves or other sto environments or conditions which could cause bodily harm and/or death.

Parents:
You need to make sure your kids under the age of 18 are skateboarding safely. Your kids are your responsibility – Not ours. You should be aware of what kind of skateboarding they are doing, what kind of safety equipment they are wearing, where they are skateboarding, and who they are skateboarding with.

2. Formation of Agreement
You understand that RhinocerosLongboards.com is under no obligation to accept your offer for purchase. RhinocerosLongboards.com will accept your offer upon shipping the goods that are ordered.

3. Release from Liability
As consideration for the purchase of any product from RhinocerosLongboards.com by you or your minor children, you hereby release from any legal liability Rhinoceros Longboards LLC and its affiliates, owners, agents, and employees from any and all liability for damages and injury or death to yourself, your minor children, or any other person or property resulting from the selection, assembly, maintenance, or use of such products and any claim based upon negligence, breach of warranty, contract or other legal theory. You accept for yourself the full responsibility and liability for any and all damage, injury or death which may result. You further agree that any and all liability of Rhinoceros Longboards LLC and its affiliates resulting from the selection, assembly, maintenance or use of this equipment shall be limited to the purchase price of any such equipment.

4. Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title of all items purchased from Rhinoceros Longboards LLC and Rhinoceroslongboards.com passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Rhinoceros Longboards LLC and its affiliates make absolutely no representations or warranties of any kind regarding any and all products offered on the Website. Rhinoceros Longboards LLC expressly disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality, condition, safety, compatibility, or any other feature of any products offered for sale on the website. You expressly agree that your purchase and use of any product on this website is at your sole risk.

6. Limitation of Remedy
Rhinoceros Longboards LLC will not be liable for an damages of any kind arising from the selection, assembly maintenance or use of any product sold from this or any website affiliated with Rhinoceroslongboards.com, including, but not limited to Direct, Indirect, Incidental, Punitive and Consequential Damages. The sole and exclusive remedy for any legal or other claims is expressly limited to return of the purchase price ONLY.
Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you might have additional rights.

7. Choice of Law
Oregon law and controlling U.S. federal law govern any action related to any matter arising under the Agreement for the Sale of Goods. No choice of law rules of any jurisdiction apply. By purchasing from Rhinoceroslongboards.com, you and Rhinoceros Longboards LLC agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Clackamas County, Oregon.

The failure of the Rhinoceroslongboards.com to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Agreement for the Sale of Goods does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Agreement for the Sale of Goods to be inlaid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Agreement for the Sale of Goods remain in full force and effect. REGARDLESS OF ANY STATUTE OR LAW TO THE CONTRARY, ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO USE OF THE SERVICES OR THE TERMS MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER SUCH CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION AROSE OR BE FOREVER BARRED. The section titles in the Agreement for the Sale of Goods are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
